Farfalle Pasta in Basil and Spinach Pesto

Cheese To taste
Cherry Tomatoes 5
Farfalle Pasta 1 Cup
Olive Oil 1 tbsp
Pepper To taste
Pesto 1/2 Cup
Pine nuts 1 tbsp
Salt To Taste
Water For cooking pasta

  1. Cook the Pasta : Follow the instructions on the pack and cook the pasta in salt water. Cool the pasta by washing it with running water and drizzle olive oil over it to keep the pasta from sticking to each other.
  2. Mix the pesto, cherry tomatoes and pine nuts with the pasta. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle cheese before you serve.

  1. You can use the pasta and cheese of your choice. We used Farfalle / bow pasta. The cheese we used was grated cheddar and some Parmesan cheese.
