This is a quick and refreshing salad to enjoy on a nice summer day.. The Cucumber salad with the recipe! Just the way you chop the veggies can give a different look to your dish.
|Bell pepper (Capsicum)||1|
|Coriander Leaves||1/2 cup|
|Lemon Juice||2 tbsp|
|Mint Leaves||1/4 cup|
- Prep the vegetables: Peel the cucumber and chop it lengthwise into long thin strips. Chop the bell peppers and tomatoes into chunks. Finely chop the coriander leaves and mint leaves. Cut the green chilies into small pieces.
- Mix the Ingredients: Mix all the ingredients together and serve.
- Use a yellow or red bell pepper instead of green to add some colour to the salad.
