Coriander Mint Chutney

Ingredients :
Coriander Leaves1 Cup
Green Chillies2
Mint Leaves1 Cup
Olive Oil1 tbsp
SaltTo Taste
Water1 cup

  1. Crumble the biscuits and keep it separate. 
  2. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender except the biscuits and the water.
  3. Add the water a little at a time, just enough to get the ingredients blending. Then add the crushed biscuits and continue to blend till you reach the desired chutney consistency.

  1. The biscuits are being added to ensure the texture of the chutney is not runny.
  2. Add any biscuit of your choice. We used fig and oats biscuit so it add a bit of sweetness to the chutney. 
  3. Try to pick biscuits with less salt. If using salt biscuits, ensure you taste and add salt accordingly.
  4. You can also use Sev used for Chat as an alternate to biscuits.
  5. Enjoy this chutney with any standard tiffin item like dosa, idli and the like or use it to dress up your chaat!
