Corn Salad

Here's a quick and extremely simple salad that you can whip up. This is one that I would fall back to when I don't much left in my fridge and I need something healthy and quick to eat, especially if its like the end of a long hard week.


Ingredients:
Chaat Masala2 tsp
Coriander Leaves (Chopped)2 tbsp
Corn Kernels1 Cup
Lemon Juice1 tsp
SaltTo Taste

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and adjust the ingredients to your taste. 

Notes:
  1. I used frozen sweet corn kernels, so I heated the corn in a microwave before mixing it with the other ingredients.
